OF THE ASSOCIATION<\/strong>OF THE SERBIAN<\/strong>ANALYTICAL<\/strong>SOCIETY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BASIC <\/strong>PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASSOCIATION<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article<\/strong> 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Association \"Serbian Analytical Society\" from Belgrade (hereinafter referred to as the:\u201cAssociation\") is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit organization based on the freedom of association of several natural persons, organized on the basis of this Statute and established for an indefinite period in order to achieve common goals in the field of analytical psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAME <\/em><\/strong>OF THE ASSOCIATION<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article<\/strong> 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name of the Association is: \"SRPSKO ANALITI\u010cKO DRU\u0160TVO\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article<\/strong> 4.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Association has a round-shaped seal with a snake drawn along its rim. The words \u201cSRPSKO ANALITI\u010cKO DRU\u0160TVO, BEOGRAD\u201d are written around the upper rim. The name of the Association in English: \u201cSERBIAN ANALYTICAL SOCIETY\u201d is written around the lower rim. There is a stylized acronym of the name of the Association in English: \u201cSAS\u201d in the center of the seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STATUS <\/em><\/strong>AND <\/em><\/strong>ACTIVITY <\/em><\/strong>OF THE ASSOCIATION<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article<\/strong> 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By registering in the Register of Associations at the Business Registers Agency, the Association acquires the status of a legal entity with the rights, obligations and responsibilities established by the Law on Associations (hereinafter referred to as the: \"Law\") and this Statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As its main activity, the association performs activity 94.99 - Activity of other membership organizations with a description from the Regulation on classification of activities, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INDEPENDENCE <\/em><\/strong>OF THE ASSOCIATION <\/em><\/strong>AND <\/em><\/strong>FREEDOM OF <\/em><\/strong>ASSOCIATION<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article<\/strong> 6.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Association, in achieving its goals and tasks and carrying out activities within the framework of analytical psychology, independently within the framework of legal norms, regulates its internal organization and work, adopts and implements development programs, participates in events of importance for the achievement of the Association's goals, cooperates with other domestic\/international organizations\/institutions that perform the same or related activities, achieve other goals and tasks, in accordance with the Statute and general acts of the Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Association can join appropriate associations and unions in the field of psychology if it is important for the achievement of the Association's goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OBJECTIVES <\/em><\/strong>OF THE ASSOCIATION<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article<\/strong> 7.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objectives of the Association are: study of analytical psychology, its development and application in practice; introducing the public to the theory and practice of analytical psychology; education of interested persons in the field of analytical psychology; popularization of analytical psychology, organization of theoretical and practical education in the field of analytical psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Achieving the goals of the Association is more closely regulated by appropriate general and individual acts adopted by the competent authorities of the Association in accordance with this Statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article<\/strong> 8.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to achieve its objectives, the Association will particularly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Studies the works of C. G. Jung and other authors in the field of analytical psychology with a critical approach; follows the contemporary development of analytical psychology in foreign and domestic literature; initiates and conducts research in the field of theory, clinical practice and psychotherapy with the application of the approach of analytical psychology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Organizes, alone or in association with other organizations, professional meetings, consultations, seminars and other forms of education in the field of analytical psychology;\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Publishes books and other publications in the field of analytical psychology, in accordance with the law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Connects with professional associations and institutions that deal with the work of C.G. Jung and analytical psychology, hiring well-known experts from this field to assist in the supervision of therapeutic procedures and to interpret the contemporary directions of development of analytical psychology. Connects with experts outside the field of psychiatry and psychology who deal with the theory of C.G. Jung and analytical psychology in relation to their professional orientations (philosophy, religion, physics, mathematics, etc.);\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Organizes expert meetings for the purpose of presenting research results, theoretical discussions, presentation of cases, etc. Such gatherings may have an international character;\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Cooperates with universities, schools, professional associations and other organizations in the country and abroad in the field of analytical psychology.\n\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    II <\/strong>BODIES\u2028 <\/strong>OF THE ASSOCIATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Association bodies<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Article<\/strong> 9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Association bodies are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. 1. Assembly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. 2. Management Board;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. 3. Supervisory Board;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. 4. Ethics Committee;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The function of the representative of the Association is performed by the President of the Management Board, and in her\/his absence, the Vice-President of the Management Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      MEMBERSHIP <\/em><\/strong>IN <\/em><\/strong>THE BODY <\/em><\/strong>AND <\/em><\/strong>MANDATE <\/em><\/strong>MEMBERS <\/em><\/strong>BODY MEMBERS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article<\/strong> 10.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The mandate of the members of the Association bodies lasts for three years, with the exception of the Assembly of the Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In the case when the mandate of the body of the Association has expired, and no new members of the body have been elected, the previously elected members of the body will perform their duties until the election and assumption of duty by the newly elected members of the body, until the members whose mandate has expired do not inform the Association in writing that they do not want to perform that duty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A member of the Association body can only be a person who has the status of a member of the Association in accordance with this Statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      MINUTES <\/em><\/strong>WITH <\/em><\/strong>THE SESSION <\/em><\/strong>BODY MEMBERS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article<\/strong> 11.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Minutes must be taken during the sessions of the Association\u2019s bodies, with the following minimum content: the name of the body, the date and location of the session, the start and end times, the names of those present and absent, the agenda, the exact text of decisions, the method and results of voting, including the number of votes cast by the attendees, and the signatures of the chairperson and the recorder. After the session, the draft minutes will be made available to all members for confirmation or suggested amendments. Once the minutes are completed and confirmed by all members, they will be permanently stored in the Association's archive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      RESPONSIBILITY <\/em><\/strong>MEMBERS <\/em><\/strong>BODY MEMBERS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article<\/strong> 12.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The members of the Association's bodies are liable jointly and severally for the damage they cause to the Association by their decision, if they make such a decision through gross negligence or with the intention of causing damage, unless they recorded their opinion in the minutes in the decision-making process, i.e. if they were against making a harmful decision or abstained from voting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The procedure for compensation of damages is initiated based on the decision of the Management Board, with the fact that the Assembly decides on the initiation of the procedure against a member of the Association who is also a member of the Management Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A member of the Association's body does not have the right to vote at the meeting of the Association's body when deciding on:\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n
