The application should contain:
- Basic information about the candidate (name and surname, residential address, e-mail, telephone)
- Professional biography: name and time of completion of academic studies, postgraduate studies; previous education, work experience (institution, position and duration); experience in psychotherapy: personal analysis (number of hours, name of the analyst), psychotherapeutic work (modality, duration). The biography must be accompanied by photocopies (or scans) of all diplomas obtained, a certificate of hours of personal analysis, a certificate of clinical experience
- Personal biography (najmanje 4.000, a najviše 5.000 reči): treba da sadrži lično viđenje sopstvenog funkcionisanja, karakteristike odnosa sa značajnim drugim, motivaciju za proučavanje Jungove analitičke psihologije, dosadašnje iskustvo u psihoterapiji
- Signed certificate that the candidate has read the Code of Ethics of the Serbian Analytical Society, that he agrees with it and that he will adhere to the provisions of the Code of Ethics during education and during his psychotherapeutic work (Code of Ethics and certificate form can be found on the website www.sas-srb.com)
- Photocopy (scan) of the payment slip na ime troškova postupka selekcije u iznosu od 10.000 dinara na žiro račun 160-392602-44
